Bowmore Corner

Last night I arrived at the Port of Askaig in the north of Islay. There were no buses or taxis. I talked to Marian, over the counter of the bar in the harbor hotel. She gave me a lift to a B&B in Bowmore and talked to me about whisky and Scottish Gaelic. The next morning I had to wait for the bus to take me to the south terminal Ardbeg. I had 15 minutes to wait for the departure of the bus. Painting a watercolour during the waiting time for the bus is very thrilling.
