Tuna Salad
I had Timothy Taylor beer, a large glass of Spanish white wine, and a big dish of tuna salad for dinner at the in-hotel restaurant. The waiter asked me how I would like my tuna prepared. I realized that this was different to how tuna is prepared in Japan. I had expected that it would be flakes of canned tuna served with a mixture of green vegetables. But, actually, it was a generous portion of thick tuna steak on a bed of green vegetables. Then I understood why the waiter asked me how I would like it cooked.
