"The Winter Gardens" A big magic conference was being held in the Winter Gardens. From the backstage door a flock of comedians on remodeling Segwaies designed like prams turned out on to the street with lively loud, synthesized honks and roars of racing engines. I should have seen one of the performances which were played at many venues.
