"Long Walk," Windsor.
There was a newlywed couple in front of the gate of Long Walk. And there came a horse drawn carriage. This was the first time for me to paint a running carriage, a carriage and pair with several passengers into the bargain. It was difficult to paint in a moment and it had gone. After a while it turned up again with new passengers, and I added some parts of which I had lost sight. I couldn't wait for the third time, and I finished this painting.
