"Pershore Abbey" I came here to Pershore by bus from Worcester. A passenger on the same bus told me where to get off. We alighted at The Broad Street bus stop. She said, "No more questions?" So, I asked her "Where is the Tourist Information Centre?" She said "I am going in the same direction." I followed her. Eventually she showed me a toilet not the tourist information centre! It was crucially important information but not urgently needed at that moment. Shortly afterwards I found the TIC location in the library by myself. As usual I told the receptionist, "I came here to paint pictures." She answered they didn't run any painting courses there. Anyway, I was able to get information about good painting spots and pubs. I painted three large paintings and drank four pints in Pershore. |
