"Balloch Pier" This was the second time to visit the TIC here. The last time, in 2014, I had come from Terbet for a one-day excursion and went to Dumbarton Castle by train. This time I stayed for three nights in Balloch and planned to visit Luss and other villages around Loch Lomond and nearby good painting spots. I thought this was Loch Lomond Shores, one of the recommended places. But it was a tourist attraction complex behind me. |
