Old Averdeen I arrived at Aberdeen at 7 o'clock in the morning and went to the youth hostel. I left my luggage and then went back to the tourist information in the city centre and booked the night ferry to the Shetland Islands with four nights accommodation in the Shetlands and three nights in the Orkneys. It was a load off my mind. I didn't have to worry about accommodation for one week, and I could paint without worrying. Old Aberdeen was a nice, tranquil college town.
