The Dolphin Opposite "The Dolphin" pub lies a 15th century operating forge and St Michael's Church. England's largest vineyard is just up the road from there. We took seats at the end of the lounge, which had an inglenook fireplace and gaslights; on the far side there were soft, sun-lit tables beside the windows. It was indeed a very cozy country pub.
