The Dark Island Hotel The tourist information centre at Tarbert had no available accommodation on the Isle of Benbecula. But a girl gave me some useful information. She was one of boarders who was traveling by bicycle from south to north, in the opposite direction to me. On a list she had I could find the accommodation, "Orcadia", a B&B, in Linaclate. The restaurant in the hotel is about a half mile walk from my B&B. But it is very convenient, considering this is the Hebrides.
