Milne's Bar I visited the Japanese Consul and talked with the Consul General for about one hour about my plan to hold exhibitions in Scotland. I was ashamed that I expected too much from him and their ability to help me. Now I am in a corner of the Milne's Bar's basement where I experienced my first great British pub in the year 1998.
