"Whey Pat" pub, St Andrews I ordered Haggis Nachos because it was written as "The best nachos in Town" on the blackboard. Haggis and cheese on top of the heaped-up nachos were nuked. It was certainly not restaurant cuisine, by any stretch of the imagination. It is just pub food, and certainly not restaurant food.
