"Rye from the river bank" I asked the landlord of my B&B about a spot from where I could paint the harbour and the church. He showed me a copy of an old photo of his house which was shot overlooking the harbour. He suggested I visit the Market Fisheries, on which wall I could find the original photo, and ask a man there about the spot where the photo was taken. This is the place I was told about. Unfortunately the tide was low and the sky was drizzling.
