I ate a large portion of pollock, which is popular now due to the over-fishing of cod and haddock. In Japan we rarely eat this as a fillet. Usually it is processed into Kamaboko, a steamed fish paste, we also eat its salted roe. I showed my paintings of the day to the staff and allowed them to take a photo.
