"Discovery Centre," Rothesay,Bute.
It was wet whole day long. From the shelter I painted Discovery Centre which was redeveloped from the derelict Rothesay's famous Winter Garden. Winter garden and the glorious wooden pier which was gone from Rothesay provoked nostalgia for the Victorian days. The rain here overlapped the snow in the cold spring Blackpool where I had visited a few years ago.
