"Kichattan Bay," Bute.
It was a dry day and I was eager to paint many pictures. I came to the island's southern end village Kichattan Bay. The village is named after the sixth century bishop,Saint Cathan. His nephew was Saint Blane and St. Blane's Chapel is one mile south from here. I couldn't spend enough time and relax in Kichattan Bay to get move to Mount Stuart,the main destination of the day,by the limited bus service.
