"The Bishop's Eye", Wells
After the successful (I think) cathedral painting, I lightheartedly moved to the market place where the twice a week farmers market had taken place on this day. However, almost all the tents were already dismantled, and the whole gate was exposed to the direct sunlight. To depict the warmth, I put extremely thin colours on the facade.
