"Red Lion Square #1" There are many churches in Stamford and I tried to paint All Saints' Church from the shaded entrance of St John's Church. I was sitting on my small, low, collapsible stool and was happy to encounter well-dressed participants to a wedding ceremony. Fortunately, they didn't think I was a beggar with a tin begging bowl, which was my water container and didn't toss coins in it. |
