"San Giorgio Oakham" This restaurant was recommended by an old man whom I met in Stamford Gallery. I ordered a glass of house wine, but the owner said they had run out and if I insisted, I could buy anything I liked at the near-by an off license shop and bring it in. I did so and brought a can of beer rather than a bottle of wine. I ate a soup pasta, PASTA E FAGIOLI CON COZZE, which is served at the end of an Italian wedding! |
