"The Nag's Head pub", Chichester
I took a table in a booth, ordered the starter course, with whitebait as the main course. The barmaid said it made more sense and registered it twice. She said, "Voila," when she served a big portion. I did this pub sketch and she came up to look at it and then called her husband and they took photos. There was an old lady in the next booth to mine. The barman was so kind to escort her to the ladies' room, standing face to face, holding both her hands, and sedately moving backward. The lady was an 83-year-old regular customer!
