"The Blackfriars Restaurant", Newcastle-Upon-Tyne 23/08
It was very difficult to reach this pub which was introduced to me as one of the best local pubs on my arrival day at the reception. He gave me a print out of a Google map but it was a too small print to read the names of the street etc. with my eyesight and also the locals to whom I asked the way. But this restaurant is famous and they answered immediately when I pronounced the name Blackfriars. When I finished this sketch, the waiter came up and asked if he could look at the sketch and take a photo. I answered, "By all means!"
