After the Tyne Bridge picture, I looked for a Ryman and WHSmith stationary shop, because my current big watercolour sketch book and a small pub sketch book were almost finished. There are huge multifloor shopping malls in Newcastle. Ryman is in the Eldo square shopping centre. WHSmith is on Northumberland Road. I had a hard time to find both shops. But both were near this pub.
