At the check-in counter of Finnair in Heathrow, I was warned to pre-register for airport quarantine procedures before boarding. So, I rang the travel insurance company to help me with the online procedure. It took time to get assistance. And the big screen indicated my flight gate was closing. I hurried up and on boarded probably as the last passenger. At Helsinki airport I exchanged 25 British pounds and had Ramen and a medium size beer for €24.10, about 3,500Yen!! Wow!
