"In front of the Town Hall", Ipswich 13/10
It was just a drizzle in the morning, but it soon turned into a full-on downpour, and I painted a giant air doll (Mega Bunny) like Pikachu, set up in front of the town hall, from under the Corn Hill walkway in the occasional gust of wind.
