"Colchester High Street", 15/10
Although Colchester is just two stations from Ipswich where I was staying, I used a rest of the railway pass which allowed a whole day unlimited ride. Colchester was the oldest city in Roman Britain. It had been the capital city several years before London. I walked for about 20 minutes and found a bench where I could paint on the High Street. It was in a shade and I was chilled to the marrow.
