"The Cross Keys #1", Newbury 21/10
The sixteenth short sojourn was Newbury. I arrived at the hotel, The Bacon Arms, Newbury. I ate dumplings at the nearby The Cross Keys. It was nice that chopsticks came with the food, but they were served shoved into a bowl-like dish and looked like leftovers from the start, so I knew that a chopstick rest must be important to serving Japanese dishes. The guest came to see my painting and took a photo picture.
