Roger the Chef The first night Roger cooked, and served me "Thai inspired melon salad" and "chicken soba ball" next evening. He made a plan to entertain me with similar foods to Japanese. The soba was very close to Japanese soba and taste good. I was sorry that he spent almost one hour to preparing it, while in Japan soba is the fastest fast food which would be served within a few minute once it was ordered.
