"St Mary's Chapel," Bute.
What I thought and painted as St Mary's was actually some kind of annex. The chancel of the original church was on the corner of the United Church of Bute and was covered with a new acrylic gable and a new slate roof. When I was painting I was attacked by midges in the damp grave yard.
