"The Vine Hotel #1", Stafford
It was raining. I visited the TIC and asked about good places to paint. But the receptionist thought that I had mistaken Stafford for Stratford-upon-Avon. She told me to visit Lichfield, and I discovered later that this was a good advice when I moved there. I took refuge in "The Vine Hotel" bar from the rain.
