"Agincourt Square and Shire Hall", Monmouth 01/08
I saw the city map bulletin board and found the location of the TIC. It is in Shire Hall. After picking up my clean dry clothes, and putting them in my hotel room, I headed for the Tourist Information Centre. But it was closed. Apparently, it was too late, but it was only almost 5 o'clock. There was a Wetherspoon pub with an outside table. I painted this picture from that table.
